- Scroll to the bottom of the email.
- Click the "Unsubscribe" link.
- You'll be directed to a confirmation page to complete the unsubscription.
2.Text Messages:
- Reply "STOP" to any marketing text message you've received.
- This will automatically unsubscribe you from future messages.
