1. Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer three delivery services: Standard and Express Shipping

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a customer needs to send multiple orders to more than one address, they must place separate orders and provide each address at checkout.

 

2. Available Shipping Options and Delivery Times

United States Shipping:

Standard Shipping: Free of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.

Express Shipping: 9.9 USD, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.

 

3. Alaska, Hawaii & U.S.Territories

We ship orders to U.S. states and territories, including Hawaii,

Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes. Pricing and estimated delivery times are based on the destination and are shown at checkout. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii generally takes 8-21 business days.

 

For delivery services to other countries (if applicable), we will notify you if there are shipping fees. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

 

4. Order Status Update:

 

Order Confirmation:

After initial confirmation email, allow 1–2 business days for processing. During this time, your order is being prepared for shipping.

 

Shipping Confirmation:

The second email with your tracking number is sent when your order is shipped.

 

Delivery Status:

Track your order[insert link] or view your account for delivery status.

 

 

5. Need to Know

Jmoon is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Jmoon is not accountable for delays associated with the courier, including customs clearance.

 

Risk and Loss: All items purchased from us are subject to a shipment contract. This implies that the risk of loss for such items transfers to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

Claims Processing: Jmoon monitors and logs all reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Lost, missing, or wrong/damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered. For wrong / damaged items, accompanying pictures must be submitted. Jmoon retains the right to restrict and/or reject the reshipment and/or refunding of an order/item in all circumstances. In cases where a courtesy reshipment is issued, the reshipment order is not eligible for return and/or refund.

 

6. Duties & Taxes

Local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not incorporated in the indicated amounts above. The responsibility for all such taxes and duties lies with the buyer or recipient of the shipment. Given our products are sold worldwide, we cannot ensure compliance with the import regulations of every country. If uncertain, please verify with your country's customs office before placing an order.
