Jmoon Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing your purchase from Jmoon (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

Shipping Methods and Shipping Fee
1. Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is our cost-effective delivery option available for the Continental United States, Remote U.S. Areas, and Canada Region. Processing times and delivery windows vary by destination, and detailed timelines for each region are outlined in the table below.

- Express Shipping orders confirmed before 10 AM PT (1 PM EST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 10 AM PT (1 PM EST) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 10 AM PST (1 PM EST) on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Order Notifications
Customers will receive an Order Confirmation Email upon successful order placement. A Shipping Confirmation Email containing tracking details will be issued upon dispatch. Customers may track shipments via the provided tracking link or by logging into their online account.
Risk of Loss & Claims
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the Customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. The Company shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, labor disputes, or carrier interruptions. Claims for lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered. For incorrect or damaged items, photographic evidence is required. The Company reserves the right to deny or limit reshipment or refund requests at its sole discretion. Courtesy reshipments are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund.
Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the sole responsibility of the Customer or the shipment’s recipient. The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import regulations. The Company shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from non-compliance.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of order placement shall govern that transaction.
