If you choose to pay via e-cheque through PayPal, please note that it may take several days for your payment to reach us. While you will receive an order confirmation, your order could be in "Payment Review" during this time. If you don't receive tracking details shortly after placing your order, please check your PayPal account to confirm that the payment has been processed.
Payments made through PayPal, including e-cheques, may be delayed due to processing times between your bank or financial institution and PayPal.
In line with PayPal's guidelines, we do not ship orders until we have received confirmation that the payment has been cleared.
Orders with delayed or unprocessed payments (e-cheques) will be placed on hold until payment is confirmed.
