Step 1: Contact Us

- Provide your name, order number, and the item you wish to exchange or return, along with photos of the item and the reasons for your return.
- After reviewing your request, we'll send you a printable shipping label along with clear instructions. This label will include our return address and important details about your returned order.
Step 2: Print the Return Label
- Pack your return item(s) securely in the original box.
- Print the return label we provided and affix it to the outside of the box.
Step 3: Package Drop-off
- Take the package to a nearby post office for shipment.
- If you require expedited handling of the returned parcels, please get in touch with us and provide the tracking number for the returned items.
Step 4: Package Received and Processed - Upon receiving the package, we'll process your return within 1-3 business days.
- We will notify you once the return has been successfully received and processed.
Step 5: Refund Issuance
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- The refund will be processed promptly after we've verified that your returned package meets our return standards.
- Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Keep in mind that refund processing times can vary from one bank to another.

- Product Condition:To be eligible for a return, the product must be in resalable condition and come with its original packaging. This ensures that both you and the next customer receive products of the highest quality.
- Initiating a Return:To initiate a return, please first contact our customer service via email at support.us@jmoon.com and inform us of the reason for the return. Then, submit a "Return Request" in the order backend. Once your return request is approved, you may proceed to return the product. Please ensure the product is properly packaged in its original packaging.
- Important Note:Returns without JMOON’s approval will not be accepted. We aim to ensure a smooth process for you, so please be sure to follow the correct steps.
- Defective or Damaged Products:If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service at support.us@jmoon.com. We will be happy to send you a replacement. However, please be sure to notify us of any defects or damage as soon as possible. If a damaged product is returned without prior notification, we will not be able to process the return.

- Refund Process: If eligible for a price adjustment, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Exclusions: Clearance items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for price adjustments.
