How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are excited that you are excited to receive your new product. Shipping times can vary, and we work very closely with our carriers to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to process at our warehouse before shipping.
For Standard Shipping:
- Orders being delivered to the Continental United States (50 states) typically arrive in 2–5 business days.
- Orders to Remote U.S. Areas (11 regions) will arrive within 8–21 business days.
- Orders to Canada will arrive in 12 business days.

My package is marked as delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
My package is marked as delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't locate it:
- Wait 48 hours. Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 PM.
- Check for a delivery notice.
- Ask neighbors or family if they received the package on your behalf. Also, check with your leasing office, front desk, or package locker if applicable.
- Inspect the delivery location to see if the package is hidden or tucked away.
If you still can't find your package, contact the carrier to report the issue and inquire about the delivery details. If the package is still missing, please reach out to our Client Care team at support.us@jmoon.com within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered.
Note: JMOON monitors all claims regarding lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items. These must be reported within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered. For incorrect or damaged items, please submit pictures. JMOON reserves the right to limit or deny reshipment or refunds. If a courtesy reshipment is issued, it will not be eligible for return or refund.

- JMOON is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- We recommend contacting the shipping carrier immediately once your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, to file a missing package claim.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories?
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories?
Yes, we do! Orders are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) via USPS with free standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 8-21 business days.

We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping
Available for the Continental U.S., Remote U.S. Areas, and Canada. Orders process in 1-2 business days. Delivery times: 2-5 business days (Continental U.S.), 8-21 business days (Remote U.S. Areas), or 12 business days (Canada).
Express Shipping
For faster delivery in the Continental U.S. only. Orders confirmed before 10 AM PT (1 PM EST) ship same day; after that, next business day. Friday orders after 10 AM PST (1 PM EST) ship Monday (excluding holidays). Estimated delivery: 3 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How can I track my package?

- Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 - 48 business hours of shipment. During times of high package volume, shipping carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.

JMOON offers shipping to the following regions, with specific availability subject to display at checkout:
- Continental United States & Remote U.S. Areas
- Continental United States (50 U.S. states);
- Remote U.S. Areas (11 U.S. regions, including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses).
2.Canada Region
- Shipping is available to all regions across Canada. Specific deliverable cities are subject to display at checkout. If a location is not shown at checkout, delivery to that area is currently unavailable.
3.Other International Destinations
- Eligible destinations are shown at checkout. If a location isn't available at checkout, we don't currently deliver there.
